It's a micro cake in the current SB cookbook...& it's yummy! Mexican chocolate cake, I think is what it's called.jrstephens said:What's Mexican Cake?
It's made in the stoneware fluted pan and the thing that makes it "mexican" is the addition of cinnamon! If I can remember correctly, you add cinnamon into the chocolate batter before you make and I think it has you put cinnamon sugar on the top along with a chocolate whip cream glaze type thing! I haven't made it in a while but I do remember that is so yummy! :chef:jrstephens said:What's Mexican Cake?

Absolutely! Fresh vegetables like celery sticks, carrot sticks, and bell pepper strips provide a healthy and crunchy alternative to chips. They also add a nice color contrast to the dip.
Pairing Touchdown Taco Dip with refreshing beverages like iced tea, soda, or beer can enhance the experience. For a non-alcoholic option, consider serving a fruity mocktail or sparkling water with lime.
Yes! Side dishes like guacamole, salsa, or a simple salad can complement the flavors of Touchdown Taco Dip. These options add variety and freshness to your spread.
Light desserts such as fruit salad, brownies, or mini cheesecakes work well after a savory dip like Touchdown Taco Dip. They provide a sweet contrast without being too heavy.
