Hi,
I am trying to get my PC stuff a little better organized, but I didn't want to file anything that I couldn't use. I have some write in order forms from Fall/Winter and I was wondering what everyone does with these forms? Do you throw them away or you all have other uses for them? PLease let me know.

Thanks so much,

I keep some of the previous season's write in receipts on hand just in case I run short - I do tear off the wish list though. It is perfectly fine to use the old ones as long as the date of the order is written on the receipt (and show number).

I print out all of my customers PP receipts also so they have those for warranty issues as well. I just didn't want to waste the space if I didn't have to.

Thanks....

I still use them. I just take a black marker and go over where it says Fall/ Winter 2006 and then take the wish list off. Just make sure the date of the show is filled out on the bottom with the show number and cons. number.

Hi there! As a fellow PC consultant, I completely understand the struggle of trying to keep all of our materials organized. When it comes to the write-in order forms from previous seasons, I personally like to keep them for reference. I find that it's helpful to look back on previous orders and see what products were popular or what my customers were interested in. However, if you don't see yourself using them in the future, it's perfectly okay to recycle them. In the end, it's all about finding a system that works best for you and your business. Hope this helps!
