I have 2 shows that are out of town....1000 miles away! I am mailing them all the stuff they need today, but want to make sure i do this right!

Help me!

What do I send? How many catalogs do I send? Is there a letter out there I can use to explain it to them?

I usually talk to the host and find out how many places she might be handing out catalogs, i.e., work, church, the gym, friends, etc. I normally send between 3-5. I also send outside order forms, a show planner if they've never held a show before, and the attached letter.

Hi Becky--I wanted to tell you that I really like your catalog show layout. I hope that you don't mind, but may incorporate your letter into my files. It is very simple and down to the point. Thanks again for sharing. :) :) :) :)

, as a fellow consultant, I completely understand the stress of hosting out of town shows. It's important to make sure you send everything they need to have a successful show. I would recommend sending a catalog for each guest, plus a few extra just in case they have any last minute guests. As for the products, I would suggest sending a variety of items that are popular and easy to demonstrate. You can also include some of your own personal favorites and any new products that have recently been released. As for a letter, you can definitely create one yourself or reach out to your upline for a template. Just make sure to include important details such as how to place orders, any special offers or promotions, and your contact information. Best of luck with your shows!

Frequently Asked Questions

What items should I include in my out of town show kit?

For an out of town show, you should include essential Pampered Chef products that showcase your best sellers and new items. Consider packing a selection of cookware, utensils, and any promotional materials. Don't forget to include catalogs, order forms, and business cards to help guests place orders easily.

How do I handle shipping for my out of town shows?

Shipping can be managed by sending your show kit directly to the host's address ahead of time. Make sure to account for shipping costs and timelines when planning your show. It's also a good idea to confirm with the host about the best delivery method and timing to ensure everything arrives on time.

Should I send samples or food for my out of town shows?

While sending food samples can enhance the experience, it's often impractical for out of town shows due to spoilage and shipping challenges. Instead, focus on sending recipes and cooking instructions that the host can easily follow to prepare dishes using the products you provide.

How can I ensure my products arrive safely for the show?

To ensure your products arrive safely, use sturdy packaging materials and clearly label the box. Consider using bubble wrap or packing peanuts for fragile items. It's also wise to track your shipment to monitor its progress and address any issues that may arise during transit.

What if I need to follow up with guests after the show?

After the show, you can follow up with guests via email or phone to thank them for attending and remind them about placing their orders. Include a link to your online store or a digital catalog for easy access. This follow-up can help increase sales and build relationships with potential customers.
