I'm with you Gillian! My little Santoku is the only knife I have been using since I got it! It is just the right size for most jobs I do, and it's very sharp! For years I have used a small chef's knife from Whustof, and this knife is the only one from PC that could take it's place! Ignore the color, and just use it - I guarentee you will fall in love! Last season I was so sceptical about the mix n masher, until I used it and fell in love with it - I think the green mini Santoku is the surprise favorite for me this season!
