also, i need to change by best show infomation in my profile but I cant find how to do it!!!

After you put your orders in PP, then you put the sales receipt in your printer and print. On the bottom of the Guest sales Receipt it says; "This receipt is invalid without certificate of guarantee printed on reverse of this form"

We are talking about the sales receipt "EE78" you buy from supply/order. I use them if someone order's from my website or my host has outside orders.

If you are using the write-in or itemized receipts at your shows, give your guests the 3rd page. This is a valid receipt that they can use for the guarantee. Like "letscook", I use the Pampered Partner receipts for my outside and Host orders. I suspect that those who use the "monthly receipts" (downloaded from Consultant's Corner) at their shows go home and make Pampered Partner receipts for their Hosts to distribute with the products.

The monthly OOF downloaded from CC also have the guarantee on the back.

Sarah- on the top of the page click User CP. One of the choices on the side will take you to where you can enter your show numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best way to keep track of online transaction receipts?

The best way to keep track of online transaction receipts is to create a dedicated folder in your email or cloud storage where you can save all digital receipts. This allows for easy access and organization. Additionally, consider using a spreadsheet to log transaction details, including date, amount, and item purchased.

Should I print out online receipts or keep them digital?

It is generally more efficient to keep receipts digital, as they take up less physical space and are easier to organize. However, if you prefer having a hard copy, consider printing only the most important receipts, such as those for high-value purchases or items that may require returns or exchanges.

How long should I keep online transaction receipts?

It is advisable to keep online transaction receipts for at least one year for personal purchases and up to seven years for business-related transactions, as this aligns with tax regulations. Always check local laws and guidelines to ensure compliance.

What should I do if I can't find my online receipt?

If you can't find your online receipt, first check your email's spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. If you still can't locate it, visit the retailer's website and look for a 'My Orders' section where you can view past purchases. You can also contact customer service for assistance in retrieving a copy of your receipt.

Is there a specific app I can use to manage receipts for online transactions?

Yes, there are several apps designed to help manage receipts, such as Expensify, Receipt Hog, and Shoeboxed. These apps allow you to scan, organize, and store receipts digitally, making it easier to track expenses and prepare for tax season.
