That is the amount they would be charged towards their free product allowance. If they wanted to use one of these as say a half-price item then the large round stone would be 1/2 of the already discounted $20.80 so only $10.40. The same goes for items purchased after free and 1/2 price items. If the hostess is at the 25% discount level they would take 25% off of the $20.80 and purchase it at only $15.60.
