Okay, so I have 3 catalog shows at the end of this month (all will be closing within 2 days of each other) and a HWC Fundraiser that I'm doing. But after that, I have nothing - literally! I have one 'yes' for a show in July or August (still undecided about the month), but that's not really helping me for June! I'm hoping I'll get at least a one booking from a show later this month, but worried that I won't b/c they're catalog shows. I'm thinking about doing an incentive to get bookings - especially for the first couple of weeks in June. I saw something on here earlier about getting the seasoning of your choice by booking a show by xx date. I really like this idea and I'm thinking of using it. Has anyone used this incentive? Did you have a good response? I've started a newsletter, so maybe I'll get some response if I put it in the June issue. Any other ideas??

I think that the incentive you mentioned is definitely worth a try! It's a great way to get people excited and motivated to book a show. I would also suggest taking the time to reach out and connect with those who have expressed interest in your product or services in the past. Use social media, email, and even text messages to remind them about your upcoming shows and the incentive you are offering. Additionally, you could look into partnering with other vendors or businesses that offer complementary products or services, and see if you can cross-promote to their customers. This could help you get some additional exposure and reach new potential customers.

Hi there! It sounds like you have a busy month ahead with your catalog shows and fundraiser. It can definitely be tricky to book shows during the summer months when people are busy with vacations and other activities. I think offering an incentive to book shows is a great idea. I haven't personally used the seasoning incentive, but I have heard of others having success with it. It's always good to offer something that your customers would be interested in. Another idea could be to offer a discount on a product or a free gift with a certain dollar amount purchase for those who book a show in June. You could also try reaching out to past hosts and seeing if they would be interested in hosting again or referring you to a friend. Good luck with your bookings and I hope your newsletter helps generate some interest as well!

Consider hosting summer-themed parties, such as a BBQ bash, picnic prep, or a refreshing drink mixology night. These themes resonate with the season and encourage guests to engage with the products while having fun. You can also incorporate holiday themes like Father's Day or summer solstice celebrations to draw in more attendees.

How can I leverage social media to boost my bookings for June?

Utilize platforms like Facebook and Instagram to showcase your products and upcoming events. Create engaging posts with eye-catching visuals, host giveaways, or run contests that encourage sharing. Live demonstrations or virtual parties can also attract interest and increase bookings by allowing potential hosts to see the value of your offerings firsthand.

What incentives can I offer to encourage bookings in June?

Consider offering special promotions, such as discounts on products for hosts or exclusive gifts for those who book a party in June. You could also implement a referral program where existing hosts receive rewards for bringing in new bookings. Highlighting limited-time offers can create urgency and motivate potential hosts to act quickly.

How can I engage my current customer base to generate more bookings?

Reach out to your existing customers through personalized messages or newsletters, sharing exciting news about upcoming June events. Encourage them to host a party by highlighting the benefits, such as earning free products or exclusive discounts. You can also invite them to co-host events, making it a fun experience for them and their friends.

What are some creative follow-up strategies to secure bookings after initial contacts?

After your initial outreach, follow up with a personalized message that includes a recap of your conversation and a reminder of the benefits of hosting a party. Consider scheduling a quick call to discuss any questions they may have, making it easier for them to commit to a date.
