Well my Fundraiser for my cousin is going great!
I need help though.
How do I add the shows booked off of the fundraiser?
I have 1 catalog show going right now that was booked off of the fundraiser and another that wants to get one going ASAP.
The girls doing the shows didn't place an order, but just booked.
How do I "input" this in?
Thanks for your help!!!

GuestAdd them as a guest, and in the personal info, put down their booking. That way the home office knows. I get this all the time with my shows, people who can't buy that day, but book for the next month.

Hi there! First of all, congratulations on the success of your fundraiser for your cousin! That's great news. As for adding the shows that were booked off of the fundraiser, here are a few steps you can follow:1. Keep track of the shows that were booked through the fundraiser. This could be through a spreadsheet or a list that you can refer to.2. When the show is completed, reach out to the host and ask for their order information. This could be in the form of a list of items they want to purchase or an order form that they filled out.3. Once you have the order information, you can input it into your system. This could be through a website or an app that you use for your fundraiser.4. If the guests at the show did not place an order, you can still add their name and the amount they contributed to the fundraiser. This will help you keep track of the total amount raised through the show.5. If the show is ongoing or if there are more shows booked through the fundraiser, make sure to update your records and input the orders as they come in.I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance. Best of luck with your fundraiser!
