I'd like to send a notice out to my previous hosts that I am becoming active again in my shows and am looking for new bookings for July and August. I'm struggling with the wording. Does anyone have a little blurb that they send out along those lines? I want it to be honest but don't want to focus it so much on what I need, but instead how the potential hosts can benefit.ie. fun, food, friends and of course free. ( I think I'm my own worst enemy for this sort of thing because I worry so much about what each person will think about this request and that I am only looking out for me!) I'm not above offering a little incentive if it will kick start my business.

RossDeb2... have you tried an open house? They could come and see the new fall products (after Conference of course) and pick up those last minute items that are retiring. You could offer to give away any host benefits. You could also offer the booking benefit for anyone who ates a show at your open house (or by a certain date a couple days after). You could pick up the shipping on the second 60% item as a gift to them for booking... Of course this will help more to book up your fall than immediately...
