Vintage Host Cards: Seeking to Collect!

Click For Summary
Host cards used in the past are 5 x 7 in size and contain essential host information such as the host's name, address, first call, second call, and notes. These cards are no longer available for purchase, but users can create their own using the "Host Information Form" found in the "Downloads" section of Consultant's Corner. The form can be printed on 5x7 cardstock, with the design split between two sides. Some individuals opt to print it on regular paper, hole-punch it, and store it in a binder for easy tracking of host coaching calls. The link to the form is provided for access.

I am interested in these host cards that I think were used sometime ago. They are 5 x 7 and have basic host inforamtion (i.e., host name, address, first call, second call, notes etc.). Does anyone have any of these they are willing to part with? Thanks.:)

The same information is on the "Host Information Form", located in the "Downloads" section on Consultant's Corner. You can print them on 5x7 cardstock (top half on one side, bottom half on the other) and make your own. That's what my Director did - she liked them, too, but they were no longer available so she made them herself.

Here's the link: https://www.pamperedchef.com/images/cc/us/pdf/host_info_form.pdf

I just print them on regular paper, hole-punch them and put them in a binder to keep track of my host coaching calls. HTH!
