I just received the catalog tote that is on the outlet. I thought it would be a good way to promote my business. One problem: The plastic section (where the catalog goes) has ink all over it! It's like its fused (?) into the plastic. I took a wet paper towel and tried to clean it off (to see if it was just surface stain) and it didn't budge. Any ideas how to remove it? I do have a call into the solution center to see if they will send a replacement one or if they know how to get the print off...

Don't even try - have it exchanged.

Just got my call back from the solution center and they are sending out a replacement bag :) I love this job :)

Mine had the same issue but I got mine in one of the mystery boxes from conference. I still use it.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your catalog tote. I would definitely recommend reaching out to the solution center for assistance. They will be able to provide you with the best course of action, whether it's a replacement or a solution for removing the ink. In the meantime, you can also try using rubbing alcohol or a magic eraser to see if that helps remove the ink. I hope this helps and that you are able to get a clean and functional tote soon. Best of luck with your business!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if I notice an ink stain on my Pampered Chef catalog tote?

If you notice an ink stain on your Pampered Chef catalog tote, first try to gently blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth to absorb any excess ink. Avoid rubbing the stain, as this may spread it further. If the stain persists, you can use a mild soap solution or a fabric cleaner specifically designed for the material of your tote. Always test any cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Can I machine wash my catalog tote to remove ink stains?

It is generally not recommended to machine wash your Pampered Chef catalog tote, as this may damage the fabric or the structure of the tote. Instead, opt for spot cleaning using a damp cloth and a mild detergent. If the tote is heavily soiled, you may consult the care instructions or contact customer service for specific cleaning recommendations.

What types of cleaners are safe to use on my catalog tote?

For cleaning your catalog tote, it is best to use mild soap solutions or fabric cleaners that are safe for the material of the tote. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and cause discoloration. Always check the care label for specific cleaning instructions.

How can I prevent ink stains on my catalog tote in the future?

To prevent ink stains on your catalog tote, be mindful of where you place pens or markers when storing your tote. Consider using a separate pouch for writing instruments to minimize the risk of ink leakage. Additionally, avoid placing the tote in areas where it may come into contact with ink or other staining substances.

What should I do if the ink stain does not come out after cleaning?

If the ink stain does not come out after attempting to clean it, you may want to consider reaching out to Pampered Chef customer service for further assistance. They may offer additional cleaning tips or options for replacement if the tote is still under warranty. Keep your receipt and any relevant information handy when contacting them.
