Great then we will be walking at leadership together. I just promoted November 1 st and I am excited but scared at the same time. My team member are very slow starters some of the them on turn $200 every other month this is very frustating. Trying to prepare with some new recruits but I am lagging. Looking for ways to get them jump starteded.
