I have a show this weekend that I will be doubling the recipe. The Season's Best suggests using refried beans rather than the bean dip if you double it. Has anyone tried doubling it and what did you use?
I always double it. It's that good and doesn't last long. I use refried beans and bake it in my cranberry square baker. I keep the tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro on the side so guests can add their own garnish. I'm making it again this weekend. It's always a hit!! When I make it here at home I add more too it. I add taco meat, peppers, etc...
