I have a show this weekend that I will be doubling the recipe. The Season's Best suggests using refried beans rather than the bean dip if you double it. Has anyone tried doubling it and what did you use?

    Thanks,
    Katie

  2. I use refried beans

I always use refried beans to make this dip. I have also doubled it and made it in the deep dish baker. It turns out great and is always a hit!

I always double it. It's that good and doesn't last long. I use refried beans and bake it in my cranberry square baker. I keep the tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro on the side so guests can add their own garnish. I'm making it again this weekend. It's always a hit!! :D When I make it here at home I add more too it. I add taco meat, peppers, etc...
