Swapping 2 XLs for L/M - New Shirts - Pics Included

I have 2 XL's that someone gave me. They are too big for me unless they shrink a lot. I would love to swap these two for two Large or Medium(if they run big).

My shirts are new. The girl that gave them to me said she did not think she had ever wore them.

I am posting pics of the front and back of the shirts.
