Does anyone have a good script for making reminder calls for a host. I'm doing my first ones for my show on Saturday and not exactly for sure what to say. I would love to mention the new catalog or at least the recipe we are making but is that too much?

I also have a couple guests who requested a catalog that I need to follow up with. What's the best way to say "Do you want to place an order?" without seeming to pushy? Thanks!

Anyone have any good scripts?

I don't know of a script per se:I'd simply say that the show is XX time on xx day. Also, if they'd like to place an order, they may do so by going to Your Site or by calling you, and that the show will close on X date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I say during a reminder call for a show on Saturday?

During a reminder call, you should start by greeting your host warmly and confirming the details of the show, such as the time and location. You can also remind them about any specific preparations they need to make, such as inviting guests or preparing the space. Encourage them to reach out if they have any questions or need assistance with anything.

How far in advance should I make reminder calls for a Saturday show?

It's best to make reminder calls 2-3 days before the show. This gives your host enough time to finalize any details and allows them to reach out to guests if needed. Making the call closer to the date helps ensure the information is fresh in their mind.

What if the host is unresponsive or doesn't answer the call?

If the host is unresponsive, try leaving a friendly voicemail reminding them of the show details and encouraging them to call you back with any questions. You can also follow up with a text message or email to ensure they received the information and to offer your support.

How can I motivate the host during the reminder call?

To motivate the host, express your excitement about the upcoming show and highlight the benefits of hosting, such as earning free products and having fun with friends. You can also share tips on how to engage guests and make the event enjoyable, which can help boost their enthusiasm.

What should I do if the host expresses concerns during the reminder call?

If the host expresses concerns, listen actively and validate their feelings. Offer solutions or suggestions to address their worries, whether it's about guest attendance, preparation, or any other issues. Reassure them that you are there to support them and that you can work together to ensure a successful show.
