I'm looking for good ideas to do for recognition/celebration for my team members. I issued them a challenge at the last meeting and they exceeded it? I want to do something fun for them. Thanks!

One idea given to me was to have something to "raffle". If you are wanting to reward and encourage consistant activity, have an item (perhaps a new fall product or a getaway bag) that everyone that submits 2 shows each month until the end of the year gets 1 chance at the raffle.

You could also have a raffle for only those that were active last month, then let everyone know that it's a new incentive you'll be doing, be active with 2 shows this month, and attend the team meeting, you get a chance at next month's raffle, etc. You could give a pack of mini holiday catties, or a pack of twixits for prize drawings, or somethng like that.

Congratulations on your team's success! Here are a few ideas for recognition and celebration:1. Host a team lunch or dinner: Treat your team to a meal at a nice restaurant or catered at the office. This is a great opportunity for team bonding and to show your appreciation.2. Give personalized gifts: Consider giving each team member a personalized gift, such as a mug or t-shirt with their name and a message of appreciation. This will show that you took the time to think about each individual.3. Plan a team outing: Organize a fun activity for the team, such as a bowling night or escape room challenge. This will give them a chance to relax and have fun together.4. Provide extra time off: Consider giving your team members an extra day off or half-day to show your appreciation for their hard work.5. Create a recognition board: Set up a bulletin board in the office where you can display photos and notes of appreciation for each team member. This will serve as a constant reminder of their success and your gratitude.Remember, the most important thing is to make your team feel valued and appreciated. Whatever you decide to do, make sure it comes from the heart and shows your genuine appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Good luck!
