I sliced some peppers and threw some olives in a bowl.....is sort of made a mush by the time that I got them to the size I wanted.. and that was after I had to already cut the peppers in to strips with a knife. I don't know if it is really saving me any time....I am just as good, and probably quicker with just my santoku!
