When will we start receiving these. I thought we were supposed to have them by 1/31?

If you didn't make more than $600, you don't get one sent to you. I forgot this my first year and was driving myself crazy wondering where it was.
 
you can download it from the pc website also. Your copy from there will work for your taxes.
 
By law, they have to mail them out by the 31st. Which is usually what they do. I live 4 hours from HO & received mine on the 1st, but the postmark was the 31st. You should be receiving it soon.
