Printing Receipts for Orders: What Are Your Options?

In summary, as a Pampered Chef consultant, there is a way to print receipts for personal and supply orders. For personal orders, you can print a receipt by selecting the order and clicking on the "Print" button under the "My Orders" tab. For supply orders, you can access receipts under the "Orders and Payments" tab. Receipts are also automatically added to your expenses in P3, making it easier for tax purposes. However, some consultants choose to simply tally their purchases at the end of the year without printing receipts. Ultimately, receipts are only necessary in the event of an audit.

Is there a way to print receipts for personal and supply orders? I can't find a way. If not, what does everyone do to keep track of purchases for taxes and warranty purposes?

Re: ReceiptsYou can print off a copy...in P3, once the order is up on your screen, on the left side of the screen you should be able to choose "view summary report" and it will bring up a PDF copy of the receipt so you can print it.

Also...P3 will prompt you and ask if you want this added to your expenses. Always say yes. Then, you only need to go into P3 and "add" additional expenses...groceries, mileage, etc. It saves you the step, since it will add it in as an expense for you!

Re: ReceiptsThank you!

Re: ReceiptsI never print them. I just tally them at the end of the year and give my accountant the total. She has never asked for receipts. Receipts are needed only if you get audited.

Hello there! As a fellow Pampered Chef consultant, I completely understand your concern about keeping track of purchases for tax and warranty purposes. I'm happy to share that there is indeed a way to print receipts for both personal and supply orders. To print a receipt for a personal order, simply log in to your consultant account and go to the "My Orders" tab. From there, you can select the order you need a receipt for and click on the "Print" button. This will generate a printable receipt for your records. For supply orders, you can access receipts by going to the "My Business" tab and clicking on "Orders and Payments." From there, you can select the specific supply order and click on the "Receipt" option under the "Actions" column.I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Happy cooking and selling!
