I can't seem to get this to work.

the directions say:

Standard Thank You letter templates for each Show type is included with the software. When you close your show, the Thank You letter can be sent to the host listing all the pertinent show information.
Choose the Show by selecting the FIND SHOW button and selecting it from the list. Then, when you select the VIEW LETTER button, the field tags are replaced with data relating to the host for that Show.

but I cannot find a view letter button when I do the find show and select the show to work with.

Someone help please!!
 
I didn't see it the way they listed it either. I print mine this way:
Go to Print menu bar (at top of PP). Select Generate Pampered Partner Reports. Then select Thank You from the left side. You will then be prompted to select the show number.
