Can anyone assist me with creating a new letter in p3? I have found where I can go in and edit the ones that are already there but I'm having difficulty in creating my new one.

I am trying to make a thank you each customer that tells how much free product their host earned, etc. The merge fields are not changing when I choose a different host! I get the same exact letter no matter what.

I know I could just do it in Word and fill in the unique spots each time but it seemed so much more convenient (before I started this project!) to have P3 do it for me!
