Post # Link Not Directing to Specific Post - Question for Greg

Before the upgrades, you could click on a post #.

That would then provide the post # in the link.

You could copy that link into another message and when you clicked on it, it would go directly to the post and not show the rest of the thread.

Now when you do that it goes to the post but you can still scroll and see the rest of the thread.

Was this a new "feature" or "upgrade"?

This is likely a new feature. It allows users to quickly and easily link to an individual post while still being able to see the context of the surrounding discussion.

As far as I know, this was not a new feature or upgrade. It seems to be a glitch or change in the forum's settings. I personally prefer being able to go directly to a specific post without having to scroll through the entire thread, so I hope this can be fixed or changed back to how it was before. Have you tried reaching out to the forum moderators or administrators to see if they are aware of this issue?
