Pork Tenderloin in Dcb but No Bbq Rub?

In summary, the best way to prepare pork tenderloin in the DCB is to season it and cook it for about 10-15 minutes on high in the microwave until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. You can use other seasonings or marinades instead of BBQ rub, and the DCB can also be used to cook other types of meat. It is safe to use in the microwave as long as you follow the instructions and use oven mitts or potholders when handling it.

anyone??
I'm gonna try it tonite possibly w/ some other spice.
Would chipotle or southwestern be better?
Thanks!

I'd use the chipotle...or whatever else you have. Many people like it with the Jerk Rub, also.

What ever you have will work fine when it's done I add BBQ sause the put it back for another min

do you have the rosemary herb it is really good

chipotle works great, as does the sundried tomato...and the jamaican jerk....
