If your package was shipped to the wrong address, the first step is to contact the shipping carrier (such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and provide them with your tracking number and the correct address. They may be able to intercept the package before it reaches the wrong address. If the package has already been delivered, you can try contacting the recipient at the wrong address and ask them to return the package to you.
Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to change the address, you will need to contact the shipping carrier and have them reroute the package to the correct address. This may incur an additional fee.
If the wrong address was provided at the time of purchase, the responsibility lies with the customer. However, if the wrong address was entered by the shipping carrier or if there was an error on our end, we will work with the carrier to rectify the situation and get your package to the correct address.
If the wrong address was provided by the customer, it is possible that you may be charged for the additional shipping fees incurred to reroute the package. However, if the error was on our end or the shipping carrier's, there will be no additional charges for the correction.
If your package was shipped to the wrong address and you were unable to retrieve it or have it rerouted, you may be eligible for a refund. However, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the circumstances of the error.
