When I go into P3, it won't let me check the box that says 'create this show on my PWS'. The start date and start time are in red. I have a date and time in both. I tried making it yesterday, tomorrow, and today. I changed the times and nothing is working. Any ideas?
 
That's probably because your host hasn't been synced from your Contact List. Remember to add the Host as a contact and the sync ought to go through.

I have her added as a contact in P3. I made sure that all the fields were correct and then clicked on update contact. I then hit the sync button-it did its thing, but I still can't check the box. Since the start date/time is in red, it just makes me think it has something to do with that but I'm so lost as to what!

Ok, I really have no idea what I did, but I got something to work. Does it make a difference if you click the update contact info while your in a show vs. doing the file>new contact?
 
Put yesterday's date in the Start date .. its a strange bug in the system.
 
If you don't have the name, complete mailing address, phone AND e-mail address it won't open that as an option. Sometimes it can be as simple as having a 4 digit zip. So always go back and double check your host info. If the date is in the future, it will be red but should not prevent you from creating the online show. Maybe you needed to do an update?
