Can't Check Mark the Box to Have Show Created on My Pws

The little box won't let me check it so I can put the show on my PWS. I remember it doing this to me before a long time ago, but I can't remember if it's just a glitch or if there's a reason. Any ideas?

Make sure address phone # all info is filled out and update the contact then it will let u

Yup, you have to have a valid name, address, phone number AND e-mail to get that option open. Something's missing.

I think I had to click the "update contacts" button once. Had to call the home office to figure that one out. They knew in an instant what the problem was.

Yes, it worked. I was creating a show with the host name of Hurricane Sandy, and put my contact info in all the fields, but it wasn't letting me check the box. Once I clicked "update" for the contact, then it let me. Thank you!
