It does seem like there is this space gap..I guess what seems logical in my perspective (allowing the one last retro month that would have been allowed in the old plan) may have caused great havoc in the overall big picture.. you would think one plan or the other would cover it, but at least now with the new plan there are greater safe guards in place for people to not lose their sales or their recruits. I am really thankful they came to see the need for that :)
