If they are interested in a show or the registry or something, I put them in a 4x6 file card box that is separated by months. I use that to put them in the month I need to contact them. The current month has tabs for each week so I can further narrow down when I need to call people...
If I call and want to follow up again, I just move them to the proper time to call again. If they get called several times and aren't going anywhere, I file them in the back of the box alphabetically.
Drawing slips are cards or forms used to collect entries for giveaways or raffles during Pampered Chef events. They are important because they help you gather contact information from potential customers, allowing you to follow up with them after the event and build your customer base.
To effectively organize your drawing slips, consider using a binder or folder with clear plastic sleeves to keep them protected and easily accessible. You can also categorize them by event date or customer interest to streamline your follow-up process.
To collect more drawing slips, create an engaging and inviting atmosphere at your events. Offer enticing prizes for the drawing, explain the benefits of entering, and encourage attendees to fill out their slips by making it quick and easy. You can also offer additional entries for sharing your social media or signing up for your newsletter.
It's crucial to handle the information on drawing slips with care. Ensure that you store them securely and respect the privacy of your customers. Use the information solely for follow-up purposes related to your Pampered Chef business, and consider digitizing the slips for easier management and organization.
Beyond collecting entries, you can use drawing slips to gauge customer interest in specific products or services, gather feedback on your events, or create a mailing list for future promotions. Additionally, consider using them to encourage referrals by offering extra entries for customers who bring friends to your events.
