anyone here got conformation of orders shipped for the 13th? mine has been saying picking since the 13th, but no new news. was hoping it would have shipped by now.
 
When did you submit the show?On the shipment status page it reads:
Order Status: Currently shipping show orders received through March 13, 2008So if you submitted it the 13th, they are working on it now...
 
They're currently working on orders from the 13th so I'm sure it'll ship soon.

I submitted the show on the 11th. But on the 14th it was saying picking and was currently shipping orders for the 13th, so I was assuming it would have been shipped that Friday then. My experience so far has been when it says picking it will be shipped that day.
Just was curious if sometimes the site is slower than the actual process.
 
I'd call... it shouldn't be just sitting there in picking status and it's 2 days after the date their shipping so call to see what the hold-up is.
 
i think things a little wacko at the HO right now. I just got a call about the outlet order I placed on 3/11--they offered me the kid's cookie making set instead of the kids cookbook that flew off the shelves. I had already called and resolved it since I saw it sitting there for a few days. Wish they would have called sooner--I would have taken the cookie making sets! I also had a show on hold that I called and resolved, but the next day it was still sitting there. Called and found out it was never released. Hmm.... That one STILL says picking too. My host is going to be upset if she doesn't get it soon.Maybe they got slammed with outlet orders and all the show orders folks put in leading up to the 15th. That's the only explanation I can think of. When I called there was no call back option either. Just a recording that wait times were in excess of 30 mins and no call back was available. I was holding when my phone battery died. :(
 
If they are working on shows for the 13th, you will probably see tracking info tomorrow.

I called and stayed on hold for 3 hours!!! no call back. The lady just said that it was picking. I told her it has said that since Thursday but she said it should ship out tomorrow. We will see if it does or not.
I hope it ships soon, I really want my host to get all her stuff asap.
 
Sometimes their "tracking" part can be a little behind. I do agree to wait and see what happens tomorrow.
