And someone just placed an order! D'oh!

The host and I closed it on Wednesday and it's already shipped.

Oh well!!

Off to email the host and guest...

If it wouldn't have put the host at the next level, don't worry about it. Just call the guest and let him/her know that you can have it shipped directly to their home for X amount, or you can put it on your next show. If it did put the host above the next level, offer the host a gift out of your "stash" if you have one. Or put an extra product on the host's order on the first show that was booked from that one - make sense?

Problem is....it was a long distance cattie show for a friend in VA. I'm in IL.

She didn't make it to $150 and ordered the difference herself.

I could just send her a QSP I have on hand. It's light and wouldn't be too much to ship.

I'll see what she says.

Oh, and the order was small....only like $20. So in the end, it's not a lot.

Maybe you can get them interested in a fundraiser for next fall too while you are there!

You read my mind, Harriet!

It can't hurt and won't affect what they are doing this school year! Make sure you bring your fundraiser info with you!

Maybe you can get a booking or two just by going to the open house.
