It says we can earn new spring product, how does that work?

Do we get to pick or is it preset and chosen already?

Also, Do we get those products after we submit our shows or do we have to wait for them longer?

There are predetermined sets depending on which level you hit. We don't get the products until the end of January after they have announced the new products at Leadership.

Ok--So if we do two shows in Nov. And two shows in Dec... do we get two of the same product? Since they are both first level prizes? Or does it change from month to month?
 
No I'm pretty sure you will earn 1 product for Nov and and different product in December. PC is good to us they wouldn't give us 2 of the same item, the value maybe the same but not the product.
