My one recruit signed the beginning of January, and just got her upgrade kit.

It does not include the new bag! I think that's ridiculous that she doesn't get the new bag as well. I'm just complaining. Sorry!

Are you sure it's not an oversight? I can't imagine why they wouldn't include the bag.

She called, and the person said she has to earn it like the rest of us. I think I might have her call again and see if a different person gives her a different answer.

The upgrade kit was supposed to include EVERYTHING that is not in the Super Starter Kit. They get the paperwork box and SHOULD get the new bag!

That's exactly what I thought! I haven't received my upgrade yet but I called HO yesterday and it's on the way. The woman listed everything that was coming and much to my dismay......NO TOTE BAG!!! I was very bummed, and didn't understand how I was getting "everything that didn't come in the super starter kit".

Who exactly qualifies for the UPGRADE KIT???

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "No New Bag for My January Recruit" mean?

This phrase typically refers to the frustration felt by a direct sales consultant when their new recruit does not receive a promotional bag or starter kit that is often provided to new members. This can be disappointing for both the recruiter and the recruit, especially if the bag is a significant part of the onboarding experience.

Why is it important for new recruits to receive a starter bag?

A starter bag is important because it serves as a tangible tool for new recruits to begin their journey in direct sales. It often contains essential products, marketing materials, and samples that help them feel prepared and confident as they start selling. Without it, they may feel less equipped to succeed.

What can I do if my recruit doesn't receive their bag?

If your recruit hasn't received their bag, the first step is to contact the company’s customer service or support team. They can provide information on the status of the bag and resolve any issues. Additionally, you can offer your recruit guidance and support in the meantime to help them get started with their business.

Are there any alternatives if a new recruit doesn't get a bag?

Yes, if a new recruit doesn't receive their bag, they can still start their business by utilizing digital resources, such as online training materials and social media for marketing. You can also lend them some of your own materials or products to help them get started until their bag arrives.

How can I prevent this frustration in the future?

To prevent this frustration in the future, ensure that you stay informed about the company’s policies regarding starter kits and any promotional items. Communicate with your recruits about what to expect and follow up with them after they sign up to confirm that they have received everything they need to start their business successfully.
