I just signed on my first recruit. I'm very excited, as she has a lot to bring to the Pampered Chef table. However, I am also new (3 weeks). I want to lead her with confidence and be able to direct her well. She is not in my area (6 hours away). How do I support her well? Niki

Congrats!!

Congratulations. It is actually up to your director to lead and support your recruit, but good for you wanting to do so as well. The most important thing is to make sure she knows you're available to her. Give her a call. Touch base routinely. Encourage her when she hits a milestone or does something well. Be her cheerleader. And, if you don't know the answer to her question, find it out.

And they have to tell you my recruit is amazing! In the beginning we had let's see who could sell more contest, & I have to tell you she doesn't only give me a run for my money, she has beaten me two out of three months! She is a whiz at this, & I am so happy that I reached out to her and gave her this opportunity.

,Congratulations on signing your first recruit! That is such an exciting milestone in your Pampered Chef journey. I can understand your eagerness to support and guide your new recruit, especially since she is not in your area.First and foremost, communication is key. Make sure to stay in touch with your recruit through phone calls, emails, and video chats. This will give you both the opportunity to connect and discuss any questions or concerns she may have. It's also important to schedule regular check-ins to stay updated on her progress and offer any guidance or advice.Another great way to support your recruit is by providing her with resources and training materials. Pampered Chef has a wealth of resources available, including training videos, webinars, and documents that can help your recruit learn about the business and products. You can also share your own personal tips and experiences with her to help her succeed.Lastly, make sure to be a positive and encouraging leader. Your enthusiasm and confidence in the business will be contagious and will inspire your recruit to do her best. Remember to be patient and understanding, as everyone learns at their own pace.I wish you and your new recruit all the best on this exciting journey with Pampered Chef. Keep up the great work!
