Newsletters and Email: Finding the Right Service for You

I would like to be able to send newsletters, but with my email all you can do is attach it. What email service do ya'll use so that I can put the flyer in the message box?? Thanks!!

Re: EmailI just sent out my first email newsletter this week - I sent via Gmail, using Thunderbird for my mail client.In my case, I copied the newsletter (control-A, control-c) and pasted it into a new email (control-v). The other option I had was to forward it as "inline". Oh, and I made sure I sent it to myself, with everyone else as a BCC.Hopefully this will help?

Re: EmailIn Gmail when you are composing the new mail message select "Attach a file" under the subject line and then select "Browse" and then select the pdf file from your hard drive. That will add the pdf file as an attachment to the email.

I am not sure how you could imbed the pdf into the actual body of the email message.
