Do I need to do something?![]()
That's great! I need to get out there. Farmer's market tomorrow. Lots of garage sales everywhere. Not planning to go to a court house. By the way, what were you doing there???Trish1953 said:My discussion went well. I just asked how she found my website and then what her particular situation was. I booked a show for her for August, when they move into their new house. Alas, I will miss the bennies from Shower or Registry, as she's getting married in 3 weeks. But, I'm hoping she has friends who might be getting married!
Must have been a good day...I also got a potential host at the Post Office and a potential sale at the Court House. I guess I'm lucky I'm not shy about talking about how wonderful PC is! That's in addition to the two Catalog Show I got: one at the pharmacy and the other at the Farmer's Market. I'm really working hard to get the $125 worth of FREE products, so these are in addition to Cooking Shows.

Start with a friendly introduction, stating your name and that you are with Pampered Chef. You might say, "Hi, this is [Your Name] from Pampered Chef. How are you today?" This sets a positive tone and opens the conversation.
If a customer seems uninterested, try to engage them by asking open-ended questions about their cooking habits or preferences. For example, "What do you enjoy cooking most?" This can help you find common ground and tailor your conversation to their interests.
It's completely normal to forget your points during a call. If this happens, take a deep breath and refer to your notes if you have them. You can also say, "I have a few key points I'd like to share about our products. Let me gather my thoughts for a moment." This shows professionalism and gives you a moment to regroup.
Building rapport can be achieved by being genuinely interested in the person you are speaking with. Use their name during the conversation, listen actively, and share a little about yourself or your experiences with Pampered Chef. This personal touch can make the conversation more relatable.
If you encounter a question you can't answer, it's okay to admit it. You can say, "That's a great question! I want to make sure I provide you with the correct information, so let me look into that and get back to you." This shows honesty and a commitment to providing accurate information.
