If you have people wanting you to call them in January I would offer an incentive for them to book it today. I have found that those that want to be called after the holidays usually don't book until the very end of January or into February. My goal is to get my January booked before Thanksgiving because I found out last year that I had a hard time getting going again after Christmas. The big thing that helped me was a hostess that had a $1200 show in January!!
To book shows for January, consider reaching out to your existing customer base and offering special promotions or discounts for hosting a show. Utilize social media to create buzz about your January offerings, and encourage your hosts to invite friends and family. Additionally, consider scheduling a few themed shows, such as a New Year’s resolution cooking class, to attract interest.
Incentivizing hosts can be done through offering exclusive products, discounts on future purchases, or a special gift for hosting a show. You can also create a limited-time offer for January, such as double host rewards, to encourage more bookings. Make sure to communicate the benefits of hosting a show during this time, such as earning free products and having fun with friends.
When reaching out to potential hosts, personalize your message by highlighting the benefits of hosting a show, such as the opportunity to earn free products and enjoy a fun gathering with friends. You can say something like, "I’d love for you to host a Pampered Chef show in January! It’s a great way to kick off the New Year with delicious recipes and earn some fantastic kitchen tools." Be enthusiastic and share any promotions you have for January.
Social media is a powerful tool for booking shows. Create engaging posts that showcase your products, share recipes, and highlight the benefits of hosting a show. Use stories and live videos to connect with your audience, and consider running a contest or giveaway to encourage bookings. Don’t forget to invite your followers to reach out if they’re interested in hosting a show!
If you’re struggling to get bookings, try to reassess your approach. Reach out to past hosts for referrals, ask for feedback on your messaging, and consider hosting your own show to demonstrate the fun and benefits of hosting. Networking with other consultants can also provide new ideas and strategies. Remember to stay positive and persistent, as bookings can fluctuate throughout the year.
