I posted this under the HWC fundraiser also, but thought maybe it would be seen here too! Anyway I am doing a HWC fundraiser and I am preselling the pink products. I have sold over 40 pink products, but only have 2 people coming to my show. I have a few catalogs floating out there and only 2 for sure orders. Any suggestions how I can make my fundraiser bigger?

Have you hung up fliers in area stores? Talk to businesses about having a HWC order form there? Form teams for collecting hwc orders and the team captain with the most gets something.

where are you from in georgia? I live here too

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an HWC Fundraiser and how does it work?

An HWC Fundraiser, or Helping You Help Others Fundraiser, is a program offered by Pampered Chef that allows individuals or organizations to raise money for a cause by selling Pampered Chef products. Participants can host a party, either in-person or online, where a portion of the sales goes directly to the chosen charity or organization. This not only helps raise funds but also promotes community engagement and support.

How can I effectively promote my HWC Fundraiser?

To effectively promote your HWC Fundraiser, utilize social media platforms, email newsletters, and community bulletin boards. Create engaging posts that highlight the cause, share personal stories, and showcase popular Pampered Chef products. Encourage participants to share the event with their networks to expand reach. Additionally, consider offering incentives for sharing or for reaching certain sales milestones.

What are some tips for increasing sales during my HWC Fundraiser?

To increase sales during your HWC Fundraiser, set clear goals and communicate them to your supporters. Offer exclusive deals or bundles to entice purchases. Host live cooking demonstrations or virtual parties to showcase products in action, making them more appealing. Engage with your audience by sharing recipes or cooking tips that utilize the products, creating a connection between the items and their potential use.

How can I keep my supporters engaged throughout the fundraiser?

Keeping supporters engaged can be achieved by providing regular updates on fundraising progress, sharing stories about the impact of their contributions, and thanking them for their support. Use interactive elements such as polls or contests to maintain interest. Consider hosting mid-fundraiser events, like a cooking class or Q&A session, to keep the momentum going and encourage ongoing participation.

What should I do after the fundraiser is over?

After the fundraiser is over, it's important to thank all participants and supporters for their contributions. Share the total amount raised and how it will benefit the cause. Consider sending personalized notes or small tokens of appreciation to top supporters. Additionally, gather feedback on the fundraiser to identify what worked well and what could be improved for future events, ensuring continuous growth and success.
