Just wanted to let everyone know.
I love this thing, I have been making Ice Cream sandwiches for 3 days now at my house. Just wanted to let you guys in on a quick tip. If you want to use homemade cookies, get the already pre-formed Pillsbury cookies from the Dairy section of supermarket. Get the ones that are a little bit bigger, they come 12 in a pack. Once they are baked, they fit perfectly in the sandwich maker.

Good luck,
Debbie

I've been wanting to try making them at home but wasn't sure what kind of cookies to use. I'll definitely give this a try and let you know how it turns out. Have you tried any other cookie brands or flavors that work well with the sandwich maker? I'm always looking for new combinations to try. Thanks again for the suggestion!
