IF you do not maintain your Director status will you continue to hold your own monthly meeting for your Team?
I will. Right now I'm good - I won't lose it and intend to grow - but if things change and I do lose it I will do meetings as long as I have people who are committed to attending. I started doing meetings when I was a FD because there wasn't any in my "line" near by to go to once my director moved and I'm still in that boat. I also have not been able to connect with any local directors to combine meetings. I have found some (one in my own neighborhood) but they didn't respond to me when I tried to contact them and now I know at least one of them isn't even selling anymore.
