To order a replacement P3 disc, simply log into your Pampered Chef account and go to the "My Orders" section. From there, you can select the option to order a replacement P3 disc. You will need to provide your original order number and pay a small fee for the replacement.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free replacements for lost P3 discs. However, we do offer a discounted price for customers who have previously purchased a P3 disc and need a replacement. This option can be found in the "My Orders" section of your Pampered Chef account.
The replacement P3 disc will typically take 2-3 business days to process and ship. Once shipped, you can expect to receive it within 5-7 business days. If you need the disc urgently, please contact our customer service team for expedited shipping options.
Yes, you can still use your P3 disc without the disc holder. Simply place the P3 disc directly on the baking sheet or pan you are using. However, we recommend using the disc holder for best results and to prevent any damage to your baking sheet or pan.
Yes, the replacement P3 disc will have the same features and capabilities as the original. It is an exact replica of the original disc, so you can continue to use it with all of your Pampered Chef products and recipes.
