I am looking for some unique fun recipes for my 3 & 4 year old nursery school snack.

This is not a recipe per se, but an idea for using PC tools. I never met a kid that age who didn't like fun shapes!

Use the mandoline to cut raw carrots with the crinkle blade. You'll need to peel the carrots first and then trim them to the same length to stack in the holder. Put some dipping sauce in a petite square.

These next items are not in the consultant kit, but if you have them, use them!
The apple wedger, my son loved apples cut with that at that age.

Red, yellow, or orange peppers cut with creative cutters.

1. Fruit Kabobs: Thread a variety of colorful fruits onto skewers, such as strawberries, grapes, pineapple chunks, and melon balls. Serve with a side of honey or yogurt for dipping.2. Veggie Pizzas: Use whole wheat English muffins or pita bread as the base and let the kids top them with their favorite veggies, such as bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Bake until the cheese is melted and serve as mini pizzas.3. Banana Sushi: Spread a tortilla with peanut butter and place a peeled banana on one edge. Roll up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces. Optional: sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or drizzle with honey.4. Rainbow Rice Cakes: Spread cream cheese or hummus on rice cakes and let the kids decorate them with sliced veggies in a rainbow pattern, such as red bell peppers, carrots, yellow squash, green cucumbers, and purple cabbage.5. Apple "Cookies": Slice apples into rounds and spread with almond butter. Top with raisins, shredded coconut, and a sprinkle of cinnamon for a healthy and fun twist on cookies.6. Ants on a Log: Spread celery sticks with cream cheese or peanut butter and top with raisins or dried cranberries. Kids will love the "ants" crawling on their logs.7. Mini Quesadillas: Cut small tortillas into circles and fill with shredded cheese and diced veggies. Fold in half and cook on a skillet until the cheese is melted. Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.8. Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits: Layer yogurt, granola, and mixed berries in a clear cup for a colorful and nutritious snack.9. Ham and Cheese Pinwheels: Spread cream cheese on a tortilla and top with ham and shredded cheese. Roll up tightly and slice into pinwheels. Optional: add diced veggies for extra nutrition.10. Banana Pops: Dip banana halves in melted chocolate and roll in crushed graham crackers, nuts, or sprinkles. Freeze for a fun and healthy frozen treat.
