Iso Old Style Chillzanne Circle Lid

Client needs replacement lid for circle chillzanne--lid is not the half moom one. She said it was all one piece and had a close strap?

Not listed on replacement order form. Anyone have one they are willing to sell that is in good condition? Client is a former consultant.
