ohhh cheesecake poppers sound yummy....maybe i need to go for a ride to arby's...lol

now i got the battle of eating the poppers and watching my weightloss ticker go backwards or tough it out and get it out of my mind

You have come so far already Nikki! Don't let it go backward! On the otherhand, you don't want to deprive yourself either. If you have to have the poppers, have someone near you that you can share them with.

Thank you for the encourgment Ellen! I do not NEED the poppers...they just sound yummy. I think I will end up not getting them today.

Soda is my biggest weakness and I have only had a couple but they were diet ... I am really proud of myself... I have almost completely given up soda all together..... or at least reg soda...

Good Job! This has to be hard. I don't drink too much soda, I don't even buy it unless it is for something special. Keep up the good work and your positive attitude and you will meet your goal!
