Plates, napkins, a cake mix for the mini glazed lemon cakes with recipe card. That is what they make at the show and the theme of the party. She's not out much but it gets them excited about the party. I say make up a theme binder and really push them. Think fun summer parties with a PC demo! Not a PC demo with coloerd napkins!

Wow! That's really good Becky! So, you definetly are one to advise on bookings! Keep that up and you'll be a director in no time!:thumbup:ChefBeckyD said:I have been doing an Interactive Show with the Deluxe Cheeseburger Salad as the recipe. This recipe uses the UM, the Food Chopper, and I also incorporate the Salad Chopper into it too by chopping the lettuce with it. I let people try out the tools, fall in love with them, decide they just have to have them, and then, I let them know that if they host a show in June, they can get it for 60% off, and so can the host of the show!
It's worked well for me - I have 10 shows booked for June - and only one open date left. We are gone the 20th-30th, so all 10 shows are between the 1st & 18th!![]()
To promote your Pampered Chef parties, consider using social media platforms to create event pages and share engaging content. You can also reach out to your existing customer base through email newsletters, highlighting special summer promotions or new products. Additionally, consider hosting a summer-themed cooking class or virtual party to attract more attendees.
Incentives can be a great way to encourage bookings. Offer exclusive discounts or free products for those who host a party during these months. You could also create a referral program where guests earn rewards for bringing friends to their parties. Highlight any seasonal promotions or limited-time offers to create urgency.
Summer themes can make your parties more appealing. Consider hosting a BBQ or grilling party, a picnic-themed event, or a healthy summer meals workshop. You could also focus on seasonal ingredients, like fresh fruits and vegetables, and demonstrate recipes that highlight these items. A "Beat the Heat" theme featuring no-cook recipes can also attract interest.
Utilize online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to showcase your Pampered Chef products and party ideas. Create engaging posts with recipes, cooking tips, and product demonstrations. You can also use Facebook Live or Instagram Stories to host mini cooking demos, which can encourage viewers to book their own parties. Additionally, consider using event platforms to manage RSVPs and reminders.
After your initial outreach, follow up with personalized messages to gauge interest. Send a friendly reminder about the benefits of hosting a party and any upcoming promotions. You can also share testimonials or success stories from previous hosts to inspire confidence. Consider scheduling a quick call or offering a one-on-one consultation to discuss their ideas and answer any questions they may have.
