I Know the Answer Is to Change My People, But.....

Click For Summary
Recruitment is identified as the key solution to current challenges, with a focus on addressing immediate issues in the meantime. The team has shown a significant decline in productivity, submitting only $499 in the last month, the lowest on record. Engagement has dropped, with only two members attending meetings compared to eight to twelve previously. Communication with team members is largely ineffective, as many do not respond to calls or emails. One member is about to go inactive after reaching a financial milestone, further complicating the situation. Recruitment efforts are ongoing, but limited business activity is hindering visibility and outreach. There is a commitment to work hard in the coming months despite personal limitations. The importance of maintaining positive interactions with remaining team members is emphasized, alongside a request for suggestions on improving the situation.

I know that recruiting is the answer to this problem, but I still need to deal with it in the mean time. And vent a little!

So I made my month last month and got out of month 3 of R, but my team did next to nothing to help. They submitted a total of $499. This is the lowest month they have ever had, and I had asked everyone for help. For almost the last year I can only get 2 people to come to meeting too. (I used to run about 8-12 last year). Most of them will not return my calls or emails. I had one that just hit her $15,000 in July and will be going inactive this week. She won't even return my calls about applying for a waiver.

I am actively working on recruiting new people, but I have not been doing my normal amount of business, so I haven't been in front of the normal amount of people. I plan on working as much and as long as I can in the next couple of months, but there is a limit to what I can do since I am getting huge!

I am also trying not to take it out on the two gals that do come to meeting and contact me on a regular basis. Thanks for letting me vent! Any suggestions?

Arggg!
