I did a Chicken Power Cooking show the other night for the first time (OK, honestly, the second time, but the first one where guests actually showed up!) Anyway, I LOVED it! I got a booking for a college girl, but want to do the Beef Power Cooking for that one. She loved the idea of the food going in the freezer and being a healthy quick fix......so long story shorter, which are your favorite beef recipes? How is the Stroganoff? (Can you really freeze mushrooms?) I haven't tried any of these yet- but will this week, I think. Another question- what are your favorite theme shows? (So far, the Power Cooking is top on my list!)
