And no, I never got sick of pineapple, even working in it 10-12 hrs a day, 6 days a week all summer long. Kept me out of trouble, too, great High School job.

The Pampered Chef Pineapple Wedger is designed to core and slice fresh pineapples quickly and easily. It allows you to enjoy perfectly cut pineapple wedges without the hassle of using a knife.
To use the Pineapple Wedger, first, cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple to create a flat surface. Then, center the wedger over the pineapple and press down firmly. The wedger will core the pineapple and slice it into wedges as you pull it out.
The Pineapple Wedger is specifically designed for pineapples. While it may work on other soft fruits, it is not recommended for use on harder fruits or vegetables, as it may not perform effectively and could damage the tool.
The Pineapple Wedger is easy to clean. After use, simply rinse it under warm water and use a soft sponge to remove any residue. It is also dishwasher safe, so you can place it on the top rack for convenient cleaning.
Yes, the Pineapple Wedger is designed with safety in mind. It features a sturdy handle for a secure grip and a built-in safety mechanism to prevent accidental cuts. However, always use caution when handling sharp kitchen tools.
