lacychef said:OK, I just had to share! A past host from June just called to say she wanted to RETURN her Executive cookware sets! Can you believe it? She got the 5 & 7 pc sets for half price, plus the small saute pan from her party. I was just in shock & it was all I could do to not say, 'are you crazy-how do you not like it?' She said her family is just used to cooking in different pans, and didn't like how things came out in the new ones. That's a new one for me....I've had people say they didn't like a few gadgets, but never our top of the line things! Just had to share! The call to HO on Monday will be interesting!
Some common reasons include the cookware's weight, which can be cumbersome for some users, or the price point, which may be considered high compared to other brands. Additionally, some individuals may find that the non-stick surface doesn't perform as well as expected, or that the cookware requires specific care instructions that they find inconvenient.
While the Executive Cookware is versatile, some users may find it less suitable for high-heat cooking methods, such as searing or frying, due to the non-stick coating. Additionally, those who prefer using metal utensils may be concerned about damaging the non-stick surface, which could lead to dissatisfaction.
Some users may feel that other brands offer better heat distribution or durability. If someone is accustomed to using heavier-duty cookware, they might find the Executive Cookware less appealing in terms of performance. Personal preferences and cooking habits greatly influence these comparisons.
Users often mention that the cookware requires careful cleaning to maintain its non-stick properties. Some may find that it scratches easily if not handled properly, leading to concerns about longevity. Additionally, the need to avoid certain cleaning products can be seen as a drawback.
No, the Executive Cookware is not compatible with induction stovetops unless specifically stated. Users with induction cooktops may find this a significant limitation, leading to dissatisfaction with the product if they were not aware of this before purchase.
