Is there a way to search a specific show to see how many of a specific item was ordered w/o looking at every order on P3? I remember with PP we could see a show detail summary but, I can't find that on P3.

For example, I want to search one show to see how many HWC items were sold.

You can run an order history report. It's under reports, but not contact or show. It's just by itself. Then you can put in the item numbers (or range if they're in a range). You can also do a date range.

Thanks Crystal I know how to do that, but I want to see totals for a specific show w/o having to do the math myself. I miss that report that we could get on PP, it came in handy when I wanted to see what I sold and what was the big seller at individual shows.

oh, ok. Sorry about that. I think there's still something like that. Let me look.

I miss that report from PP also.

What about running that order history report with the date of each show. That would work unless you had two shows on the same date. I'm still looking but that might work.

That's what I'd do. Do a Top Sell Report for Guest Specials with a date range of one day - the date of the show you want to check.
