I'm sure there's an easy answer to my question, but I just have no clue what it might be right now.

I have a catalog show going right now for a friend of mine. It closes later in the month. The invitations have been sent out and tonight one of the guests used the website to place their order using their credit card and shipping to their own address.

My question is how does this order get incorporated into the final product sales when I am ready to transmit the order since it would effect the host's reward items.
 
You have to add it to the show. All their information is at the website. Just transfer it all plus the payment information. Then contact the person and let them know that you did receive thier order and that it has been added to their friends show. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your help. Although I had this come up before, I totally forgot that all of the billing information shows up in PWS. I was thinking that the email info was all I had to work with.
